I offer individualized counseling for men and women, teens, and couples of any orientation. Services are offered in person and online.

All sessions are private and confidential. Information shared during sessions, as well as any related documentation, is kept in strict confidence and is not disclosed without your written consent.
There are a few legal limitations to confidentiality. In certain circumstances, information may be required to be shared by law or professional duty, such as situations involving risk of harm, child abuse, or a court order. Limits to confidentiality will be discussed at intake.

Yes. Online therapy has been found to be effective and convenient for many people. If you live outside of Thunder Bay, find yourself feeling more comfortable at home, and/or have intense anxiety about coming into an office space, please know this is always an alternative option available to you.

I offer a steady, non-judgmental space where you can move at a pace that feels right for you. Sessions tend to focus on understanding patterns, emotions, and relationships, while also exploring practical ways to navigate challenges. Goal setting is encouraged and reviewed regularly.

As a client centred therapist, I integrate a variety of modalities to match clients needs. Sessions may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focussed Therapy (EFT) and somatic work. Couples therapy includes the above, as well as resources from the Gottman Method and Emotion Focussed Couples Therapy. Your goals and needs are kept at the centre of each session.
